Cancelling your orderA new order can be cancelled or changed without any problem only if the production process has not yet begun. To find out whether your order has been processed, log into Your ISYL e-Store online account and view the status of your order. The link to your order status page can be found in your order confirmation email. If your order is labeled “pending”, you will be able to cancel your order. Once it begins production, you can no longer make any changes. This is due to many of our products being specially created just for your order, and they are not mass produced. You may contact us at Return PolicyEvery ordered product is created just for you. Because many of our products are custom made, returned goods cannot be resold, and therefore can not be returned unless a mistake was made by us. If this is the case, we will send you a replacement or refund your money. Should a mistake arise, we kindly ask that you contact us within 30 days to coordinate an acceptable solution.
